Classes
ONABA volunteers will teach this Eastern Cherokee Basket. It is a plaited white oak basket with honeysuckle woven on the sides. The class is August 15 in Sand Springs at the Indian Cultural Center. Wahleah Walker will design a smaller basket in reed but we will use the same techniques. Please join us if you can. Our baskets are increasing in difficulty as the students have progressed in 3 years.
